Accepting the award for CVMC were Dixie Mercier, BS,RT (R,CT,MR) Director Diagnostic Imaging and Chair of the Customer Services Initiative Committee (CSI) and Kelly Holland, Quality and Patient Safety Specialist.In making the announcement, David Medvedeff, PharmD, MBA, CEO of Avatar said, ‘Exceeding a patient’s expectations reflects an inherent sense of compassion.
